Joyboost is the brand owned by Slam Games Limited. Slam Games Limited is a company registered in Scotland with company number 263196. We collect information about other people from you - for example “Tell a Friend”
Where you supply us with any third party email addresses, for example, on the Tell A Friend section, we will only use those emails for the purposes of showing them the item you wanted them to see.
We will not store or use these third party email addresses in any manner whatsoever. Please ensure that you only provide us with email addresses of friends you know will be happy to receive your recommendation via our website. We don’t spam our users and don’t want our service to be used to spam anyone. If we discover that any registered user has used our ‘Tell A Friend’ service in a manner which we deem to be spam and/or in breach of this privacy policy, we reserve the right to close that registered user’s account. When you provide third party email addresses you do so acknowledging you have their permission to share their email address in these circumstances.
If you fill out a ‘Tell A Friend’ form, you will be allocated a Joyboosting Code. We will use this Joyboosting Code to generate discount codes for your friends to use if they decide to purchase the recommended game. The Joyboosting Code is linked back to your email so that we can identify you from the code, and offer you a discount promotion every time a friend makes a purchase using your Joyboosting Code.
Types of information we collect
